All hyperlinks under the video are not colored

I can't find a setting that returns the color to the links, please help

(only happening in youtube's dark mode, so maybe when [dark] was added to some. so easy to find)

( and can / should these only run when a setting was made (theme) ?

now i remember i had already thought this 912b34d was by mistake when i saw it removed in #2244

but that CSS rule was always overrode by the one below

if anything 912b34d broke it and NOW with this patch hyperlinks will have no color :)

:not([it-theme=dark]) is required not to have white links in the video description with youtube's dark theme. @raszpl
