Youtube Volume Booster

Hi,

It would be great to integrate an option allowing the user to increase the video volume above 100% (like VLC).

I sometimes come across videos with really low volume, and having this option would be really nice. I've already tried several Chrome's add-ons, but their integration is impractical.

On boosting Volume: -the volume of the browser at 150% or so can help on a quiet Laptop.

• Basic implementation. There are several working extensions for this. (why do they all claim up to exactly 600%?)

  • (these make sense when caring about sounds in Browser more/mainly, else it would make more sense to primarily already boost Operating System volume.)

• should we have a temporary boost button (compare youtube enhancer)?

  • We already allow a range beyond 100% with our shortcuts too (and forced Volume, to be complete)
    • better: improving/tweaking youtube's volume slider: Transparent extra width, allowing to drag above the time mark, while the knob turns slightly yellow/pink. An audio compressor like the one included in the frankerfacez extension that can be used on twitch would be useful as well.
