Implement Dynamic Theme Switching Based on OS Theme

Configure the app to automatically switch themes according to the user's operating system settings.

The only high-level way to support dynamic system colors is dynamic_color, but now it doesn't support new tones and colors (surface_container_low for example) so this workaround will be used.
