Please update nuget package

I updated from upstream and put that on the master branch (apparently everyone had ignored the newer CoApp branch and did the nuget packaging based on master?!), but I can't update the nuget package.

Also, since 8.32.0 isn't a real pixman version (they're on 0.32.4, and the one currently on nuget is actually 0.24.0), I recommend unlisting the current package.

By the way, pixman-combine32.[ch] were changed from generated files to tracked files, so you may have to clean your tree before updating.
