When the TOC approves a project to move to Incubation or Graduation, there isn't a transparent process of next steps for the project teams to track/follow similar to the Sandbox Onboarding checklist.

Action:

  • Create a checklist of items post-Incubation/Graduation acceptance
    • includes: Press Coordination, landscape updates, what else?
  • Create an issue template for the checklist
  • Automate issue creation with a vote passes
