Test coverage results #810
Description
#713 aimed to publish test coverage results through Azure Pipelines, but before merging that, Azure Pipelines was disabled.
- is there any reason not to calculate the test coverage?
- what should we use for publishing the results? Azure Pipelines, Coveralls, something else?
