I.E Giant spiders can attack a burrower while they are burrowed

What's the difference with what should have happened?

we shouldnt be able to be bitten while burrowed

How do we reproduce this bug?

stand near a giant spider
let it attack you
burrow
itll be able to target you even when you are burrowed
