At the time of writing this issue, several hope jobs are waiting for an xssp job. Some have already timed out. However, celery inspect only shows one task actually running. It should be more.

Also, the queue shows to be empty.

It appears that the queue page isn't displaying anything, simply because there are too many tasks in the database. It takes too long to load them all and they are never cleaned up.

It's still a mystery though, why only one task is running.
