Hi
I am looking to integrate this with Umbraco 7.2.6 but it looks like Bit.ly have deprecated the login/key method of accessing their API in preference to OAuth2 and so I cannot set up a login/key to use this plugin.
Are you looking to redevelop this to use OAuth2?

Hi @crittag. I've not had any plans to upgrade the package. I've just had a little girl so if I get some time in the next few months around changing nappies, I'll give it a whirl. Feel free to create a PR if you require it sooner :)

Hi @danlister.
Hope all's well with yout little one! I know how it is with a new little nipper... our little girl is about 7 months old now :) Those nappies don't last forever!! :P
I have since managed to find, hidden away in the bit.ly documentation, a link to get hold of the deprecated login/key for my account so I have this working now but, unless you are persistent, you might not find this! Here it is just in case anyone else needs it - http://bitly.com/a/your_api_key
