Using the client it should be possible to delete a lance component instance (process) even if the lance server on the target machine is no longer responding (e.g. because it was already deleted).

Currently, there is no way of deleting such orphaned processes, causing an illegal state in the etcd directory.

Deletion of (arbitrary) etcd entry corresponding to a component (i.e. also to an orphaned one) is implemented in the Client on docker_depl branch.
