To facilitate the release of the file site storage, create a feature flag to enable the API and UI features in dev and staging while not making them accessible to production until release.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Add a feature flag to enable file storage service
  • Gate the file storage service API
  • Gate the file storage service UI views

Security Considerations

Allows us to control our feature release
