OncoMX has some glaring issues in biomarker curation. Some biomarkers have the wrong condition associated with it. Other biomarkers are listed as single panel biomarkers when they should be part of a panel biomarker.

  • Review a sample of 10-15 biomarkers
  • Talk to Nikhil or Vania and train them with the sample data to continue the check on OncoMX data
  • Or talk to Nikolai about LLM model and see if he can also help with this
