Just FYI there are 2 broken links in your readme

Command line outputs see here

The journals with high impact factors or those integrative publishers are a higher priority in our development plan, see here

Also in the right sidebar there are 2 links to openbiox which are not broken, but I am not sure if they are up to date or what.
