Hello,
I think the under-quantity feature can be beneficial to the project.
Indeed, it will allow me to visualize the content of my boxes.
For example, a box of burger contains 10 burger (yum...).

The inventory could take this into consideration. It would also allow me to manage the products in the recipes (number of food or grams per package).

It seems achievable?
