Cannot install via drush #378

I am attempting to install via drush. It may just be due to the version compatibility listed:
Running this:

drush -y -u admin cvapi extension.install key=org.civicrm.shoreditch

Array
(
[is_error] => 1
[error_message] => Unknown extension: org.civicrm.shoreditch
)
