Cancel / save missing from certain contributions when editing

First time we have experienced this - but when we go to edit a contribution - of the hundreds we have done - two of them will not load the save/cancel options at the bottom - yet they load fine without shoreditch.

Posting another example of this.
Editing Contribution (Contributor details is a custom field set - in this view you can view the set and change choices - but still no save option.)

Open edit contribution in a new tab. (custom field set dissappears - cant event toggle options - no save option here too)

Issue does not exist in regular theme. still only one error when debugging.

Looking at the back end - I can't really find the any abnormalities with this contribution record.
