Manage files with no name

Describe the bug
Some chats have files with no name. The download should be managed by using the file ID instead of its name. The file .txt, created before downloading, should report also the ID of the file and the app should use it (when name is not provided)

To Reproduce
WA - DBZ ITA chat.

Expected behavior

• Files with no name can be easily downloaded by using ID
• Restoring download of unnamed files can be done using ID
• Unnamed files are stored with the file ID as name
