TASK: Create a news RSS feed or API endpoint

There is a news section in our redesigned app dashboard that should display news from our web. We will probably need some way to fetch this list from web so RSS or API endpoint would make sense witch ever is easier to implement.  It should include, title, image, date, and link to article
