There is an issue with the error formatting of the "Additional details" page when no answer choices are selected. As shown in the screenshot below, there are two main issues:
The question descriptions (for both questions) are being treated as labels
The vertical red line goes past the label
Expected Behavior
The following text from the first "Are you working with a CISA regional representative on your domain request?" question should not be a label, but a normal text description:
".gov is managed by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. CISA has 10 regions that some organizations choose to work with. Regional representatives use titles like protective security advisors, cyber security advisors, or election security advisors."
The "Select one" text for both questions shouldn't be a label either.
Make sure the vertical line doesn't go past the the error messages for both questions.
Steps to Reproduce
Go to the /additional_details request form page
Do not select any of the answer choices (radio buttons)
Click on the "Save and continue" button
