Create a proof of concept in Playwright

Sub-issue description

As part of the e2e investigation, create a sample test in playwright. One important aspect of e2e testing that is unknown is how we will work around our authentication. This test can be implemented as something run locally or via a workflow if that can be more secure.

Acceptance criteria

• Write a playwright test to log in and test one aspect of our system
