Issue description

This epic focuses on refining and structuring our most critical design documentation to prepare for a smooth transition at contract end. We identified the most important documents here as part of #3297

Acceptance criteria

  • Complete all sub-issues
  • Update and link references to everything that has been updated in designer onboarding
