Error message improvement - when the project is missing/deleted, the error does not explain it

Describe the bug

When the project was deleted on the Chromatic side, the VTA build got stuck, but the error message didn't describe the issue.

The project was deleted by mistake on Chromatic.

To reproduce

1. Run a VTA build
2. Delete the project on the Chromatic side while VTA is running
3. Error logging implies the build is stuck
