no default quiz selection option

If someone creates a quiz without choosing the type the program crashes! Maybe we should just let it select a random quiz or just the first one?

Good catch, I didn't notice that. Yes, I think we can make general knowledge the default option or alternatively, just make it a required field (not let the user go further without choosing one).
