[request] License and Pypi package #6

Hi,
This is a very usefull library for learn and play with notes !
I'm writing to you because I have a request concerning the distribution of the package. It doesn't seem to be available outside Github, as far as I know. However, it deserves to be a Pypi package for a quicker and more intuitive installation (a package under the name Parker exists but it's a web spider, not what's here). Are you planning to do add this to Pypi ? I see that the package is now old (7 years of inactivity, maybe also because it doesn't need any modifications ;))
Also, it seems to me that the LGPL license affixed is missing or incomplete within your repo. Even though it indicates LGPL-2.1-or-later, the full text version is missing (fortunately the Internet is there).
Two things that above all allow me to send you my thanks for the great work 👍.
