Currently we have to manually update index.html to show/hide the youtube live stream and change other direction information depending on whether it is a Youtube live presentation week or a group zoom call week. There is also a sitewide Notice message that shows incorrect information for Zoom weeks.

Ideally we have templates/variables that make this easy to switch to the correct directions each week.
