Provide ability to include/exclude dependencies

At present, the plugin has this feature:

• Project dependencies can be externalized into a directory in the archive

Can you add the ability to select which dependencies will be externalised into a directory in the archive? This could be a basic wildcard regex (i.e. mycompany) or something smarter which allowed for specification of groupId/artifactId - like the maven assembly plugin does.with its inclusions/exclusions.

Do you mean the .jar files that wind up in /lib?
