well if gum pager had a flag to output the lines displayed when q is received then i'd be done, e.g., --output.lines.on.exit which would output something useful like 41; 58.
Alternately, if there was some direct integration from in which an option for gum pager existed such that --gum.choose="--choose.option.1 --gum.choose.option.2 --gum.choose.option.3 ..."

not sure I understand what you need here... you want to return the lines that were on the viewport of gum pager, is that it?

if so, may i ask you use case for it? sounds a bit weird to me...
