Adding Fireworks as a Provider

I was able to fork Crush and Catwalk and put together a version with a working Fireworks provider.
I ran it locally, and it was lot of fun to watch Crush do its thing.

I'm not a Go dev, so I don't have a strong sense for how well it was put together. Let me know if I should just open a PR or ask an agent to follow some sort of testing framework first.
