We discussed the Backlog Management Index (BMI) metric in the Common WG meeting today. The Bitergia blog post outlines exactly how to measure this, so we wanted to get it on our official list of metrics: https://bitergia.com/blog/metric-of-the-month/efficiency-effectiveness-metrics-optimize-performance/
