Affiliations index pattern is outdated

It should include new Gerrit fields recently included. It would be also a good idea to check index field changes that could have been introduced after its latest update, so we can find out if there are other missing fields. What I saw:

• Index pattern was updated last time at Jul. 22, 2019: 5f784cb
• This means the following commits could affect the index and we should make sure we include data generated from their code to generate the new version of affiliations index pattern:
