System break down

After successful registration in knec examiners training portal the portal I can't login with the same login details I used.It keeps on telling me that the user name or password is incorrect,I even tried to request for a password reset but it says the system can't process my request and that I should contact knec administrator , What's the problem.

Buenos días, cómo hago que el sistema de la SGA, se me serró sin concluir las actividades de análisis solo realice las dos autoevaluaciones del módulo I de la enseñanza de la lengua escrita, soy de la segunda avanzada y de educación media general.
