Collect real Markdown edge cases for editable PPTX generation

MDPR needs real-world Markdown snippets that stress editable PPTX generation.

Useful samples:

• nested lists with emphasis, links, and inline code
• tables with long labels or numeric columns
• chart/table pairs that should stay on one slide
• diagrams or images with captions
• mixed-language text that might overflow

Please attach a minimal Markdown file plus the generated PPTX/PNG if possible.
