Bad Gateway error reported by browser tests on build

This error was captured in Jenkins build#379 - rate_checker_defaults.Verify that Rate Checker fields default to the correct values.Default credit score range

Scenario: Default credit score range
Given I navigate to the "Rate Checker" page ... failed in 13.245s
owning-a-home/check-rates/

This is odd, since all subsequent tests in the same feature passed without error.
I was not able to find the same error in other test runs

Plan:

• Consult with SE/DevOps to see what would cause this type of error
• Continue to monitor the browser tests to see if this happens again
