browserify-shim version is wrong

https://github.com/cfpb/owning-a-home/blob/master/package.json#L32 lists version 3.4.1, but the latest version in npm https://www.npmjs.com/package/browserify-shim is 3.8.9.

Is there a reason we need the latest version instead of 3.4.1?

Whoof, must have been a busy day. For some reason I had the versions switched in my head thinking the one listed here was ahead of NPM, but I wrote the right thing down anyway. So the version is a little behind. At some point you'll probably want to upgrade as flapjack is on the current version, but feel free to close this if it's not the right time.
