Is grunt-cfpb-internal in use? #431

https://github.com/cfpb/owning-a-home/blob/master/Gruntfile.js#L402-L415 uses https://github.com/cfpb/grunt-cfpb-internal, which appears awesome, but also appears in need of TLC cfpb/grunt-cfpb-internal#2

Is this task in use or can it be removed? cc @Scotchester

I can't speak for the OAH team, but I'd bet good money they're not using it.

When the OAH project started, I copy and pasted Flapjack's Grunt file. True story.
