STM32F439ZI vs STM32F439VGT OTA firmeware update

Hello,

first of all, thank you very much for your exceptional work.

I have successfully implemented your libraries on a NUCLEO_F439ZI development board with the help of your Wizard generator. Everything works perfectly including the firmware upgrade through ethernet.

I'm now faced with a problem when I deploy this code on an STM32F439VGT MCU that doesn't have 2MB of FLASH but 1MB.
at the end of the upgrade procedure, the CRC doesn't match.
I did modify the linkerscript according to the MCU.
your struct mg_flash flash.size = 1048576
base = 0x8080000
Could this be related to an alignment problem?
I don't understand why s_crc32 is different from crc32 on the F439VGT mcu and not on the F439ZI.

If your microcontroller is not in the list, then we don't have explicit support for it and we did not test it
If it works, congratulations, if it doesn't, we're sorry.
1MB parts are different from 2MB parts, I'll see what we can do but it is not trivial; that code is fixed for a reason. If you are a paying customer, please contact Support as per your contract. Thank you.

this microcontroller is in this list https://mongoose.ws/platforms/f439vg-ota-firmware-update/ but I don't know if this means that it is supported. I have sent you a message in your support.

That is interesting, it is not in the Wizard code, most likely that piece is marketing getting ahead of reality. OTA support for STM32F is relatively new.
IIRC, STM32Fs have different sector structure for 1MB devices, they require different code than 2MB devices.
