CMS: Record without file_index.json

This record contains file_index.txt, and not the file_index.json. Due to that, the files are not displayed on the record.

The eos directory only contains the txt file. The json file should be created, and the metadata of the record updated to include also the json files.

I'm in the process of creating all of those files. It does take some time, since doing the checksum of the files is slow.
