Context

We would like to record a demo which displays logs of the following actions:

  1. Show TIA balance on Celestia
  2. Transfer TIA to EVM rollup
  3. Show TIA balance on EVM rollup
  4. Transfer TIA back to Celestia
  5. Show TIA balance on Celestia

Additionally we should clean up the README so it just contains instructions to run the demo. The architecture and contributing docs can be moved to separate pages.

Proposal

After the prerequisites above are complete, record a demo of the actions listed above.
