Describe the bug
The table header and table footer on the Mods page are not the same width.

To Reproduce
Load the Mods page in a web browser.

Expected behavior
The table header and table footer should always be the same width, and the scrollbar should always be outside of the table. Maybe we need to implement our own scrollbar instead of using the table's. Alternatively, we could open a PR on MantineDataTable.

Follow-up to #563 item 1.
