Issue-2 : Install Codacy

1. Go to codacy.com : https://www.codacy.com/
2. Click on sign-up
3. Login with : Choose GitHub
4. Choose and join the organizations : cedb13
5. Choose a repository : click on install and authorize codacy, a window opens and allows to choose the repository to associate
6. Return and click on join : a window opens and allows me to add the repository I want by clicking on the "add" that corresponds to the repository I want.
7. Click the link Go to repository : We can to see the code quality overview of our repository
