CDEvents define events spanning the whole software lifecycle, however, there is no defined way today for a tool to be marked CDEvents conformant. Since no single tool may implement all CDEvents, we could define subsets of events that represent conformance profiles to be used by different tools.
Such groups may be inspired by the existing grouping of events in "phases" or "buckets", and should define required and optional events.
