I haven't dealt with that yet and it is the first time that someone asks this. So far nothing is planned in this direction.

If someone wants to implement that, they are very welcome to do so. It's all free software. I am also happy to answer any questions.

In the Digital Makerspace you can create an account for free and you don't even have to enter an email address. If someone forgets their password, they can simply write me a message.

Mastodon is a free and open source alternative to Twitter.

And there an account would have been my idea.
