sqlite database location

It seems, that unless /etc/sequence/sequence.toml also specifies the location of the sqlite database, it is considered to be in the current directory. The documentation and / or the configuration should warn about it, and suggest specifying a full path name.

For example in my environment:

connectioninfo = "/etc/syslog-ng/conf.d/sequence.sdb"
```
