A simple minimal VM with Suricata preinstalled. Nothing needs to be set up, student can get straight to work with rules and CLI usage.
Blank VM. Students have to build and configure Suricata themselves.
Multi-VM setup with appliance setup. First one is for setting up SELKS dockerized appliance. Second is a blank VM for custom elastic setup (if interest) or for jupyter notebook hosting.
