Is there a way to hack QDNAseq plot methods to plot a point on the log2 ratio plots? #122

We would like to plot the coordinates of the 1p/19q probes to the log2 ratio plot that is generated when the copyNumbersSegmented is plotted. Thanks!

You can visualize copyNumbersSegmented file from the scratch using ggplot2.
