Cancellation: Text missing

Initial situation:
When you registered for an event in the face-to-face plugin and are cancelling the booking, the following page appears (to see on the screenshot).

There are two buttons under the “Description” tab, but the description text seems missing.

Request:
There is no “Description” button to open/close.
Directly below the “Cancel booking” item, after the line with “Reason,” there is the question:
“ Do you really want to cancel your booking?” Below that are the two buttons.
