confirmation email goes out ok when f2f set as single but nothing at all goes out when set to multiple per activity or per session.
don't see any debugging errors, just appears to be no logic applied to handle.
cancellation email does go out but a limitation is that a user has to cancel per session rather than per activity ie all sessions in the activity.
