Add Korean localization file for application

Elasticvue has greatly enhanced my workflow. I would like to contribute a Korean translation file to assist other users. Thank you for your consideration.

a) Was this translation done manually or generated by an AI? If AI-generated, did you review the entries to ensure they are accurate and contextually appropriate?

b) Are you willing and able to maintain this translation over time? The initial addition is only part of the work—keeping translations up to date whenever strings change is the ongoing responsibility, and it’s important that we can rely on continued updates.
