needs PowerShell/PSReadLine#2306

Display all 100 possibilities? can be avoided by increasing CompletionQueryItems but without pagination these are just displayed.

Set-PSReadLineOption -CompletionQueryItems 300

Also, resizing to a smaller window breaks menu completion.
