Currently the logging provided on agreements and disagreements via BftScanConnection directly is not ideal.
There could be improvements to it either if the CalculateRewardsTrigger know about the scan-urls + their responses,
or if there is a separate class in sv-app which does getRewardAccountingRootHash and handles the logging appropriately, thereby avoiding the customization of the BftScanConnection
